A CONDIMENT/ JAM SPOON handcrafted by local woodturner Jeff Ward, from Dover, Minnesota
Jeff does woodworking in his shop in rural Dover, MN. In addition to his other projects, he carves 70 different spoon designs for use in the kitchen or dining room which blend art with function. Jeff appreciates the clean lines inspired by vintage and contemporary Scandinavian forms. Some spoons incorporate zoomorphic (animal-shaped) configurations. Local hardwoods (walnut, cherry, oak, ash, and maple) are used for their beauty and durability.
